Linking Your Card, Step by Step

Open the cashier on your phone and choose the card option, then type the 16-digit number, expiry date and CVV exactly as printed, along with the name on the card. That name has to be yours, and it has to match the identity verified on your account. Your bank then pushes a one-time code to the mobile number registered with it, and

the payment completes only on that 3D Secure screen. The amount lands in taka and shows in your wallet history with a reference. Tick save and the card appears masked on your next visit.

  • 16-digit number, expiry and CVV as printed
  • Card name must match your verified account name
  • Bank OTP entered on the 3D Secure page
  • Taka amount posted with a wallet reference
  • Optional save for faster repeat payments
CARD SAFETY

How We Keep Card Data Safe

Card security here rests on three plain things: your bank authorises, we match names, and nothing sensitive stays visible in your wallet. Payments pass through your issuer's 3D Secure page, so the OTP is typed there rather than into a form of ours. A saved card shows masked digits and the CVV is never shown again. Card acceptance depends on your bank's rules and your local law, and the cashier tells you plainly when a card type is not supported.

Bank-Side OTP

Every card payment finishes on your bank's own verification page, so the code that authorises the amount is entered there and not shared with us at any point.

No CVV Kept

We never hold the security code from the back of your card after a payment closes. Saved cards show a masked number, and you can remove one from your account whenever you want.

Name Match Check

The name on the card has to match the name verified on your account. That single check is what stops a borrowed card being used and keeps withdrawal routing back to you.

Bank Network Rules

Visa and Mastercard handle the rails; your issuer decides whether cross-border online card use is allowed. When your bank blocks it, the payment fails here and no amount is held.

CARD HELP DESK

When a Card Payment Stalls

Most card trouble starts at the bank side, not inside the lobby. A code that never arrives, online use switched off on a fresh card, or a cap your issuer set will all stop a payment before it reaches us. We keep the cashier on your phone so you can retry without signing in again, and the reference from your bank message is what lets our team trace a stuck amount. Our support desk answers through live chat inside your account and by email.

OTP Not Arriving Codes come from your bank, not from us. If nothing lands, let the page timer finish and request a new code, then confirm the mobile number on your bank record is current.
Card Declined at the Bank A decline usually means your issuer has blocked online use, capped the amount, or flagged the merchant. Call the number on the back of your card, clear it, then try the payment again.
Debited but Wallet Empty Bank messages can arrive before our cashier posts the entry. Send us the reference number from that SMS through live chat inside your account and we will trace it against your wallet.

Card Terms Worth Knowing

Card words get thrown around a lot, and a handful of them decide whether your payment goes through. These are the ones that come up most when you message our support desk — from the screen your bank shows after you submit your details to the reference number you quote when an amount looks late.

01
What is 3D Secure on a card payment?

A bank-run verification screen that appears after you submit card details. Your issuer sends a one-time code to your registered mobile, and the payment only completes once that code is entered.

02
What does CVV mean?

The three digits printed on the back of a Visa or Mastercard debit card, used to prove the physical card is in your hand during an online payment. It changes if your bank reissues.

03
What is a saved card?

A card you choose to keep on your account after a payment so the number does not have to be typed again. It shows masked, and you can delete it any time.

04
What is a chargeback?

A dispute your bank raises on your behalf when a card payment is wrong or unrecognised. You contact the issuer, they investigate, and the amount may be reversed under their rules.

05
What is BDT posting?

The point where a card payment leaves your bank in taka and appears as a completed entry in your account wallet, with a reference you can quote to support if needed.

06
What does card verification mean here?

The check that the card's printed name matches the identity verified on your account before the card can fund it. It also confirms the card belongs to you and nobody else.

Card Questions We Get Daily

Card questions reach our support desk every day, and most have short answers. Funding a cricket market in the sportsbook or a crash round on Aviator uses the same flow — card details, the code from your bank, taka in the wallet. Here is what people ask before their first card payment. If yours is not here, live chat inside your account gets a real answer, not a script.

Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by a bank in Bangladesh are the ones our cashier accepts, provided your issuer allows online use. Availability depends on your bank and local rules.

No. The name printed on the card must match the identity verified on your account, and we check it before the card is allowed to fund. Use your own card only.

You do not. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay stay in the same cashier, and a debit card simply adds another way to fund. Some keep a card for larger amounts and a wallet for quick top-ups.

Open your account wallet and the card entry sits in the transaction list with the amount in taka, a reference, and a status word. Pending means your bank has not confirmed yet.

When a payment is reversed, the amount normally returns to the card that funded it, handled by your bank. We cannot push it to a different card or a wallet.

Yes. Save a card once while signed in and it appears in the cashier on both your phone browser and the app, masked, as long as you sign in with the same account.
